D6.1 – Project Website (M1)
This deliverable will compile all previously released policy briefs into a single booklet-style document, which will constitute a compendium of all best practices and lessons learned on the project.
Publications reportThe deliverable will report academic publications, conference participation, seminars, in any appropriate venue.
Workshop scoping and schedule (First version)This deliverable will define the scope of the activities in the hackathon. The schedule could also be defined in different phases, e.g. the first version of the deliverable could include a schedule for the first workshop cycle and a second version a schedule for the second part of the project.
Concept Definition (final version)This document will provide the final definition of the concept, taking into account the experience in the whole project.
Concept Definition (First version)This deliverable will define the Open4Citizen platform at the conceptual level. The deliverable will have multiple versions.
Open4Citizens scenarios (Final)This will be the complete report of the results of the hackathons, emphasizing the social impact of the services developed in the hackathons and the changes in the general perception of open data among the participants to the hackathons.
Data Management Plan (Midterm)This is an update of the initial draft, including any possible changes in the plan that is needed in consideration of the project’s findings.
Open4Citizens scenarios (Draft)This draft deliverable will document the social impact of the applications and services developed in the hackathons illustrating the context of use and the future perspective for the exploitation of such applications/services.
Online presence reportThis deliverable will outline the online presence strategy and the result of the online dissemination.
Dissemination strategyThis report will outline the overall communication strategy and providing templates and references to support hackathons.
Preliminary hackathon starter kitThis deliverable is the preliminary version of a hackathon starter kit, targeted to lower the entry barrier for hackathon participants. The starter kit will summarize best practices, tools and will be improved the knowledge gathered from the first hackathons of each country.
Data collection and interpretationThis deliverable will gather the data from the hackathons, the post-hack, the test phase and any possible further development of applications and services developed in the hackathons.
Citizen data toolkitThis deliverable is an improved and iterated version of D2.4, containing the knowledge and tools gathered from all the hackathon events during the Open4Citizens project. The deliverable targets both hackathon events and general situations, with knowledge and tools collected for citizens for working with data.
Publications report updateThe deliverable will update the report in 5.6 with relevant publications in the last part of the project.
Project Templates and guidelinesThis deliverable will include templates and guidelines to produce dissemination material to support the activities at the local level.
Evaluation frameworkThis deliverable will indicate framework to define criteria and data that will be collected during the hackathons.
Data Management Plan (Draft)This deliverable will describe the nature of the data that will be collected and integrated and the way it will be stored, made available and used during and after the project.
Design case studies reportThis deliverable will summarize the design experimentation outcomes as an annotated portfolio, elaborating on the design process and the prototypes created during Task 2.3.
Literature review and field studies reportThis deliverable will summarize the academic and industrial state-of-the-art of working with data and report about conducted field studies with experts.

Final hackathons reportD3.5 Final hackathons report (M 30) The second and final version will describe the work carried out for the second cycle of the hackathon processes; it will detail the work carried out in the tasks 3.1and 3.2 for the second hackathon cycle

Domain and theme definition (draft)This deliverable will define the main themes within the area of livable and sustainable innovation, specify possible stakeholders, including social groups, public institutions, experts and business areas that will possibly be linked to this project.
Concept Definition (Midterm)This deliverable will update the draft version on the basis of the experience after the first hackathon cycle.
Data mapping and integration (Draft)This draft document will map the available data set and indicate possible integrations according to the indications from citizens in the hackathons
Open4Citizens Business models and sustainability plans (Final)The last version of this deliverable will be based on the experience in all the hackathons’ cycle and draw the perspective business ecosystem that will support innovation produced in the hackathons and ensure the economic sustainability of OpenDataLab in long terms.
Best practices reportThis deliverable will summarize the best practices to explain the open data and its value to laymen, and to have them included in further discussions (network effect). These best practices will report about the successful ways awareness about data literacy and interest about open data will be achieved.
Data mapping and integration (Final)The final document will report the activity of mapping and integration of data and standardization procedures that are needed to integrate the new data into the FIWARE platform.
Dissemination strategy UpdateThis deliverable is an update of the D5.1
Hackathon organisation handbookThis document will include indications about location, call for participation and guidelines for the organisation of the hackathon.
Online presence updateThis report, in the final part of the project period, will provide an update overview of all the online activities, accesses and influence of the online activity in other media.
Domain and theme definition (Final)Final definition of the document, which will take into account the indication of the first hackathon cycle
Open4Citizens Business models and sustainability plans (Draft)The first draft of the business model and sustainability plans will be based on the first cycle of hackathons and will provide an initial overview of the business model for the OpenDataLab.
