Deliverables
This document is the replication plan for the envelope renovation and the energy module. It describes how the envelope and energy module can be applied in different countries and how these can be adjusted to different boundary conditions in these other countries.
Demonstrator plan Dutch Field trialThe demonstrator plan describes the entire field trial in the Netherlands: - Planning - KPI's - Communication with the inhabitants - Measurements to be taken - Test plan
Replication plan for the building level (design tools and smart control). This document describes the replication plan for the building level.
Result of the field trialThis document describes all the results from the field trial: - Lessons learnt - Measurements with analysis - KPI's
Privacy and security constraint flexibility respresentation functional descriptionThis deliverable is a functional description of an interface that allows for the exchange of flexibility information which complies with the requirements from a security and privacy perspective.
Demonstrator plan for the Polish field trialThe demonstrator plan describes the entire field trial in Poland: - Planning - KPI's - Communication with the inhabitants - Measurements to be taken - Test plan
Demonstrator plan for the Spanish field trialThe demonstrator plan describes the entire field trial in Spain: - Planning - KPI's - Communication with the inhabitants - Measurements to be taken - Test plan
Project HandbookAt the start of the project, the Quality Manager will prepare guidelines to provide all project partners with a project handbook to be referred to in the preparation of all project documents, in particular project deliverables. The project handbook will identify the key deliverables that will be peer-reviewed (by internal experts) within this task to examine (before they are formally transmitted to the EC) their consistency with the abovementioned reference quality framework and with the project tasks. The Quality methodologies and procedures applied will be in line with ISO 9001 requirements, though a certain degree of flexibility will be retained due to the specific needs of a research project. For each identified deliverable, at least two experts will prepare a Review Form with feedback about the various aspects of the deliverable: presentation, readability, overall quality, technical relevance, etc. Deliverables' authors will have to answer the expert and update the deliverable if needed.
Replication plan for smart services at district level and district batteries. This document describes the replication plan for district flexibility concepts.
Model assessment: Update fidelity based on test dataThis document describes a comparison of the models as devised before the field trial, with the actual measurement values from the field trial.
Results of the Spanish demonstratorThis document describes all the results from the field trial: - Lessons learnt - Measurements with analysis - KPI's
Results of the Polish demonstratorThis document describes all the results from the field trial: - Lessons learnt - Measurements with analysis - KPI's
Standardised guidelinesa scenario description (guidelines) detailing the holistic approach in a step-by-step procedure to reduce any barriers for replication. It is anticipated that the guidelines can be readily adopted by various stakeholders e.g. construction companies, technology providers for replication purposes of ‘similar’ districts in different climate zones. The guidelines will address the 4 key elements of the REnnovates concept: the building envelope, the energy module, the building and the district. The procedure will be designed so that it offers a generic approach with the option for alternative solutions to ensure maximum replication potential for deployment.
Report on dissemination and communication activityThis report will give an overview of all the dissemination and communication activities that have taken place during the project
Exploitation plan for the (general) REnnovates conceptExploitation plan for the (general) REnnovates concept’ this is intended to explore the applicability, commercialization and development of the holistic REnnovates approach in multiple countries – and serves as a summarizing deliverable. The goal is to use the Business Model Tool created in WP1, in line with demonstrator results and identified value in D7.1, D7.2 and D7.3 to get insight in the applicability of the holistic concept in the current, and future legislative- and market frameworks in multiple markets.
This deliverable consists of a project website with an operational portal.
Training/webinars materials designed for useThis document contains all the material used for trainings and webinars.
A sound and ambitious dissemination strategy will be put in place to optimally promote the benefits of the REnnovates deep energy retrofitting approach coupled with the interoperable bi-directional solution for advanced district level operational energy services. This strategy will be discussed with action points in the kick-off meeting and will be reviewed every 6 months coinciding with the consortium meetings. This strategy will be designed to address all relevant stakeholders such as the housing corporations, construction companies and all tiers of the energy market including consumers, technology providers, energy producers, network operators etc. It will also include the exploitation synergies and networking between REnnovates and existing relevant EU and national projects and initiatives.
Plans for REnnovates closing eventThis plan describes the REnnovates closing event.
Software integration BIM with open source model at district levelThis deliverable consists of a functional description document and a software package. The software package allows for the integration of simplified models, based on the Modelica models developed for deliverable D2.1. This means that these models will be grey-box models that allow for faster calculation, so that they can be applied on entire neighbourhoods. The simulation of an entire neighbourhood allows to estimate the impact on the electricity network of energy neutral dwellings.
Business Model Polandinnovative business models to support the REnnovates concept. It is foreseen that the business models will lead to the replication of energy savings, cost savings, incentives and the creation of new services across the EU
Business model Spaininnovative business models to support the REnnovates concept. It is foreseen that the business models will lead to the replication of energy savings, cost savings, incentives and the creation of new services across the EU
Software integration BIM with open source model at building levelThis deliverable consists of a functional description document and a piece of software The goal of the software is the integration of BIM models with Modellica opensource models The result will not be a fully functioning professional software package but an integration with which a numer of scenarios can be calculated resulting in a number of indicators that can be used during the design phase of a neighbourhood renovation to optimize comfort
