Newsletter 2

A series of periodical Newsletters will be edited in order to offer an alternative way to disseminate news, articles, papers, videos, photos, meetings, conferences, open days, results and all kind of information about NEURICE project.

This templates will be used for all the partners in their presentations, dissemination or communications actions about the project.

This roll-up will be present in all of the public activities during the project

Newsletter 1

A series of periodical Newsletters will be edited in order to offer an alternative way to disseminate news, articles, papers, videos, photos, meetings, conferences, open days, results and all kind of information about NEURICE project.

Leaflet about the objectives and general information about NEURICE project

This leaflet will be used to present the NEURICE project during the different activities (printed), sent each time that the project makes a contact with a media (pdf format) and will be included in the website in order to have a document on line ready to be sent by all of the partners to all of the contacts.

Creation of a website that provides all the information of the NEURICE project (partners, objectives, milestones, etc.) to everyone. It will also work as a mechanism for exchanging data and results of each WP and a will have a restricted section for the use of the partners.

Videos with different contents about the project (interviews, general, activities, webinars....)

This videos will help to explain better and will increase the dissemination of the project. A series of interviews with every WP leader, with field activities and made during the public seminars and open days will be materials edited in youtube and in the website, sent to the media, spreaded by the social networks and periodical newsletters.

A series of periodical Newsletters will be edited in order to offer an alternative way to disseminate news, articles, papers, videos, photos, meetings, conferences, open days, results and all kind of information about NEURICE project.

Social Networks: Twitter, Linked-in and Facebook

The social networks will be used to help the dissemination of the news, activities, results and the social image of the NEURICE project.

Leaflet about results of NEURICE project

This leaflet will be used to present the NEURICE project results to all of participants in the different activities, sent to all of the media (general and agricultural) and included in the website in order to have a document on line ready to be sent by all of partners to all of the contacts.

Final report about communication and spreading, impacts, materials and actions.

Once the project is finished, a detailed report is prepared that will include all it has been done for communicating and spreading the project, as well as the impacts, the materials and/or actions generated.

Image and logo design of the NEURICE project

The image and the logo will be used in all of the materials generated by the NEURICE project (press releases, banners, e-mails signatures, posters, roll-ups, videos, leaflets, etc., and will be the basis to design also the image of the website.

An evaluation report on the success of the open field days and seminars 3

During rice season, IRTA will organize open field days to present the new rice varieties tolerant to salinity conditions and the new salinity sensor to rice farmers and rice technicians. Out of rice season, in winter, seminars will be organized in order to present the results of the trials to rice stakeholder. Those open days are a referent for the rice sector in Spain, and many farmers from the different rice area in Spain attend them in order to keep abreast the innovation on rice crop.

A collection of Press Releases about activities of NEURICE project and other themes

During all of the NEURICE project, each activity: meeting, dissemination material (leaflet, video), result, etc., will be used as material to generate a press release. This press release will feed the website in order to be sent using social networks, newsletter, etc., and will be sent to the general and professional media (agricultural).
