Risultati finali
This deliverable will identify and propose solutions to legal requirements and ethical issues related to the harvesting, storage, use, re-use and publishing of data via YDS.
Dissemination Report v2.0This deliverable will give a complete overview of the dissemination material produced and activities undertaken during the duration of the project.
Data Model v1.0This report will describe the data model that will be employed to support the heterogeneous setting and the diversity and interlinking of YDS data.
Customisation Plan v1.0This report will describe how existing and new technologies will be modified and optimized to support the YDS aims.
Final Pilot monitoring and Evaluation ReportFinal report providing aggregate and focus-group based feedback into the development process, complete with a prioritised list of necessary amendments as well as a non-binding wish-list as expressed by the users. This report will also assess the overall success of YDS against its objectives and the benchmarks elaborated in the pilot planning document. This deliverable concerns both tasks 6.3 and 6.4.
Dissemination Report v1.0This deliverable will give an intermediate overview of the dissemination material produced and activities undertaken (exhaustive list of all the papers, presentations, publications and demonstrations published or performed) during the duration of the project.
Evaluation MethodologyThe document will describe in detail the approach to user evaluation and validation of YDS results, including theoretical background, specific tweaks for the purposes of YDS, evaluation and monitoring techniques, and criteria to be applied.
Customisation Plan v2.0This updated report will improve v1.0 by incorporating feedback and new requirements in the strategic plan of customization.
Data Model v2.0This report will update the data model that will be employed, based on experience gained through the project and new requirements that may be faced.
Data Source Assessment Methodology v2.0This report will update the methodology for the assessment of data source quality and eligibility for use, under YDS requirements.
Data Source Assessment Methodology v1.0This report will describe a methodology for the assessment of data source quality and eligibility for use, under YDS requirements.
Data Model v3.0This report will update the data model that will be employed, based on experience gained through the project and new requirements that may be faced.
Communication PlanThis deliverable will describe the major dissemination objectives, will define common guidelines to be used by all partners and will provide the first set of specific dissemination actions and material. It will also include the concept and live presentation of the project website and an impact measurement matrix.
Intermediate Pilot monitoring and Evaluation ReportFirst report providing aggregate and focus-group based feedback into the development process, complete with a prioritised list of necessary amendments as well as a non-binding wish-list as expressed by the users. This deliverable concerns both tasks 6.3 and 6.4.
Communication Plan UpdateThis document will update the initial dissemination plan. It will also incorporate eventual new conferences and other events that offer dissemination possibilities as well as newly established means of communication (including social networks) that could be used.
This prototype will contain the updated data harvesters that will fetch the data required within YDS.
Platform Customisation Infrastructure and Components v3.0This deliverable contains the final prototypes of the customization infrastructure and components, taking into account possible future steps.
First Integrated PrototypeThis prototype will implement all the proposed practices of integration, allowing the demonstration and basic use of the YDS architecture.
Open Data Repository v1.0This deliverable will constitute the YDS open data repository prototype. This repository will offer harvest and possibly interlinked data to other YDS components efficiently and effectively.
Final Integrated PrototypeThis final version prototype will contain the final versions of the YDS components, and will be the basis for development beyond the end of the project.
Platform Customisation Infrastructure and Components v2.0This deliverable contains the second, improved prototypes of the customization infrastructure and components.
Intermediate Integrated PrototypeThis second version prototype will contain improved and updated versions of the YDS components.
Open Data Repository v2.0This deliverable will constitute the updated version of the repository, with updated functionality where deemed appropriate.
Data Harvesters v3.0This prototype will contain the final data harvesters that will fetch the data required within YDS.
Platform Customisation Infrastructure and Components v1.0This deliverable contains the first prototypes of the customization infrastructure and components
Data Harvesters v1.0This prototype will contain the first version of data harvesters that will be employed to fetch the data required within YDS.
Applications and Components v3.0This deliverable contains the final prototypes of public components and applications building upon the YDS software stack.
Open Data Repository v3.0This deliverable will constitute the final version of the repository, with updated functionality where deemed appropriate.
Applications and Components v1.0This deliverable contains the first prototypes of public components and applications building upon the YDS software stack.
Applications and Components v2.0This deliverable contains the intermediate prototypes of public components and applications building upon the YDS software stack.
This report will update how data will be managed in YDS, based on any additional data or requirements what may have appeared in the project lifespan.
Data Management Plan v1.0This report will describe how data will be managed in YDS, taking into account characteristics of data (e.g. their type, their origin, their availability).
