PASSME recommendations for End-user board

This activity focuses on formulating guidelines towards the end-user board in order to apply the results from the integrated PASSME solutions into their practice. This translation focuses primarily on making the scientific research oriented PASSME model and the solutions developed for Amsterdam and Hamburg airport applicable for a wider audience in practice.

This deliverable is a short description of the kickoff meeting at M1 including a summary of outcomes

Specification interiors

The specifications concern specific elements in the built environment (both airport and aircraft interior)

Final report on impact of PASSME

this report describes the measured effects on the key metrics to demonstrate the impact of PASSME on the overall airport system: airport travel time, luggage drop off and pickup time, and boarding time as well as experience.

Passenger personal system definition

Based on WP1 requirements ie for passenger localisation and the psychological model of the passenger the sensors needed for the development of PASSME services will be defined

Concept of Operations document

the PASSME Operating Method is defined using a continuously and proactive passengercentric monitor and forecast system This covers processes procedures and recommended enhancements that could be achieved through an advanced passengercentric monitor and forecast system

CoP summary report

The Community of Practice summary report will be produced after each CoP meeting

Requirements Capturing of the PassengerCentric Forecast System consisting of Operational Requirements Functional Requirements and Interface Requirements

Preliminary PASSME model

The preliminary PASSME model will provide the basis for WPs 2 to 5 This model covers a first version of the various entities involved their interrelationships and what can be adjusted or altered and on which elements we aim to focus based on quantitative and qualitative analysis

Architecture document

The System Architecture of the Passenger-Centric Forecast System consists of the functional breakdown of the passenger-centric monitor and forecast system, a break down of the system into functional blocks based on functional requirements and identification of the interfaces needed between the functional blocks.

The luggage Model

The luggage Model, the On Board Luggage Model, the model of the good bought during the passenger journey and the integration of these.

System acceptability and incentives scheme

This deliverable consists dedicated technology developed within PASSME, as well as off the shelf solutions such as heart rate monitors and ‘fitbits’ (www.fitbit.com) to elicit attitudes and opinions in as valid manner as possible. This will provide the basis for the design of the incentives systems to be used to implement the PASSME personalised device, as well as the design of the HMI itself.

The Implementation is done according to the implementation plan with support and tightly supervision of the airport and their subcontracted service providers.
