Project Management Plan

A project management plan will be provided to all the partners as project handbook to provide the basis of establishing a positive and durable collaboration during the entire project duration. A detail WBS will be provided and updated according to any contingency strategies developed during the execution phases.

Report on project identity and website

This report will describe the “corporate” identity of the project with logo, document and presentation templates, and project website

Specification for the interoperable software tools

Specify what the interoperable tools will be and do both functionally and technically

HESS dimensioning methodology for efficient integration Report

A report detailing the methodologies developed for HESS modelling, management and sizing.

First Communication and Dissemination Plan

A detailed plan to maximize the impact of the project results for its entire duration and after its end

Report on Standardization, activities and regulatory requirements

Report will give an overview over current standardization activities at CENELEC and IEC and compile an analysis for INTERSTORE

Report on planning of demonstration actions across the pilot sites

The report will include a detailed description of how the various pilot sites have been configured to evaluate the defined use cases

Interoperable Data Spaces Framework

A framework to enable and facilitate data interoperability across different stakeholders will be defined.

System use cases for interoperable distributed hybrid storage systems.

Describe the system use cases inside each high-level use case in a detailed way so that an implementation can be possible

Quality Management Plan

A Quality Management plan will be included establishing a quality control strategy and setting the quality objectives and standards High quality requirements will be established and met by all deliverables and reports according to laid down management principles

Legacy systems protocol converter

An open-source legacy systems protocol converter will be developed

Interoperable client/server for Distributed Energy

An open-source communication client/server software will be developed based on an IEEE 2030.5 standard or similar for seamlessly connecting DES and DER and aligned with InterConnect H2020 project

Testing procedures and software tools

Testing procedures to ensure interoperability of the developed software solutions will be designed and developed.
