This deliverable will report on the analysis of energy needs and battery integration for truck & trailer (VC8).

Technical requirements

Technical needs and requirements for BEV and FCEV combinations. This deliverable is related to T1.1.

Supply chain mapping

This deliverable will show the mapping of the ZEFES use cases at a supply chain level. This deliverable is related to T1.3.

Design of the interface between e-trailer and prime mover

This deliverable reports on the analysis of energy needs and battery integration for truck & trailer including design of operation strategies to increase range (VC8).

Digital twin and platform specification & architecture

This deliverable will be a report on the digital twin and platform specification & architecture, including selection of tools, scaling of models, model fidelity, run time and usage assessment. This deliverable is related to activities in T4.1/T4.2, VC16 and VC17.

Feasibility study on new vehicle flexible concepts

This deliverable will report on the feasibility study on new vehicle flexible concepts for payload capacity up to 100% for next LHDV generations. This deliverable is related to activities in T2.5

Infrastructure model/dataset (V2I Concept)

This deliverable will be a report on the infrastructure model/dataset (V2I Concept). This deliverable is related to VC13 and T4.4.

Vehicle simulation platforms

This deliverable will report on the vehicle simulation platforms for BEV, FCEV and trailer combinations. This deliverable is related to activities in T2.2.

ZEFES ecosystem specification

This deliverable will show the ZEFES ecosystem specification, including the use case KPI needs, stakeholder business needs, consolidation towards consistent system, and TCO. This deliverable is realted to T1.3, 1.4, 1.5.

Functional Safety Concept

This deliverable will be a report on the functional safety concept for e-trucks, e-dollies and e-trailers for use in vehicles with a distributed zero emission powertrain.

Defined Use Cases, Target metrics and needs

This deliverable will define the KPIs per use case on energy savings and mission efficiency. The deliverable is related to T1.2.

Corporate Identity

This deliverable will be a report on the project's corporate Identity. This includes the project website, project flyer design, etc.

Optimization co-design tool and right powertrain component’ sizing

This deliverable reports on the design optimization tool (VC10) and right powertrain components’ sizing with at least 90 payload capacity for use-cases. This deliverable is related to activities in T2.3 and T2.4.

Supply chain needs

This deliverable will report the supply chain needs for reduced energy usage on the missions. This deliverable is related to T1.7.
