This working paper will provide recommendations for facilitating transformative equality approaches in key areas of decision-making, such as in government, parliaments, crisis-response teams and on boards of large companies.

This working paper reviews scientific debates about gendered power hierarchies in the contemporary context and proposes an operational concept for the purpose of the RE-WIRING project. The taxonomy will provide a matrix of gendered power hierarchies and relate them to indicators.
