Quality and risk management plan

This deliverable will comprise the quality plan for the HYFUELUP project and the risk planning and monitoring procedures to be used by the consortium. The document will outline rules, mechanisms and processes established to maintain a high-quality level in project implementation and corresponding results. It will also detail procedures to identify and monitor risks, describing the actions that are needed to prepare and implement a proper contingency plan. Both the list of risks and the contingency plan will be regularly reviewed and updated during the execution of the project, on topics where it will be required and according to the results that will be achieved.

Lignocellulosic potential assessment and feedstock characterisation

An assessment of type, availability, costs, harvesting and logistic strategies for the various lignocellulosic feedstocks will be provided in this deliverable, as well as set of relevant information about the composition and properties of the different feedstocks selected for the project.

Joint policy recommendations. Cluster of Horizon Europe-funded projects on innovative biomethane production.

Joint deliverable, in collaboration with projects funded under topic HORIZON-CL5-2021-D3-03-16 (101084297 SEMPRE-BIO, 101084200 BIOMETHAVERSE, 101084288 METHAREN), including guidelines and recommendations to policy makers. Updated in M24 and M42. Project SEMPRE-BIO will be in charge of coordinating the first delivery (M12), HYFUELUP (BIOPLAT) of the second (M24) and BIOMETHAVERSE of the final (M42).

1st publishable report on the evolution, advances, and results

Drafting and publication of the first report to show the progress and partial outcomes.

Data management plan

This plan will be the project management’s main document, ensuring collaboration between the partners. It will establish clear guidelines for the project’s development, providing direction regarding specific conducts, planning, efforts, internal communication, reporting procedures and adjustments.

Introductory/ Conceptual video

Developing and sharing a promotional animated video to communicate HFU’s objectives, potential, outcomes and benefits for society in a dynamic and easy to understand way.
