This deliverable summarizes the law and ethics requirements, guidelines and useful resources collected. It is an output of Task 6.2.This is the second version of the “The Knowledge Powerhouse for Citizen Science on Law and Ethics” deliverable and will be delivered in M33.

Target user behaviours and determinants for Citizen Science driven green behaviour 2nd release

This deliverable summarizes the target user behaviors and determinants for Citizen Science as they were defined within T2.2, along with the intervention strategies selected. Furthermore, the measurable KPIs defined within this task will be described in this deliverable, which is an output of Task 2.2. This is the second version of the “Target user behaviors and determinants for Citizen Science driven green behavior” deliverable and will be delivered in M22.

This deliverable reports the legal and regulatory requirements and will include a concise overview of the applicable framework and a first set of highlevel recommendations and is an output of T31

Definition and planning of pilots - 2nd release

This deliverable describes the pilot plan and is an output of Task 5.3.This is the second version of the “Definition and planning of pilots” deliverable and will be delivered in M27.

Case study analysis assessing impact of citizen science

This deliverable presents a case study analysis suitable to identify the SOCIO-BEE contribution as policy tool. It is an output of Task 7.1.

This deliverable summarizes the profiling methodology, along with the instruments used for the identification of CS Bees and Bears and is an output of Task 2.1. This is the second version of the “Profiling and instruments for CS Bees and Bears identification” deliverable and will be delivered in M25.

SOCIO-BEE methodology for ecosystem and hive creation 2nd release

This deliverable includes the description of the SOCIO-BEE methodology for assembling citizen science hives along with their results to society, and is an output of Task 2.3. This is the second version of the “SOCIO-BEE methodology for ecosystem and hive creation” deliverable and will be delivered in M26.

Evaluation of pilots and behaviour change assessment - 1st release

This deliverable describes the results of the evaluation of the pilots and is an output of Task 5.6.This is the first version of the deliverable that will be delivered in M23 and will evolve during the project (update in month M35).

Guidelines on how to incorporate drones and wearables technology in citizen science

This deliverable includes written guidelines and a short video, explaining the benefits and opportunities that this technology can bring to citizen science project, and providing practical advice on how best to achieve this.This deliverable is an output of Task 8.2

The Data Management Plan will provide an analysis of the main elements of the data management policy that will be used by with regard to research data that will be generated by the project. SOCIO-BEE participates in the Pilot on Open Research Data in Horizon 2020 to improve and maximise access to and re-use of research data generated by actions. This deliverable will outline how data will be handled during and after the project period. The DMP will include: (i) Reference and name of the data set as well as the organisation in charge (including contact details); (ii) Description of the data set (origin, nature, utility, etc.); (iii) Standards and metadata; (iv) Data exchange (access procedures); (v) Archiving and preservation (long-term preservation procedures); (v) A list of the software tools envisaged to be used during the project for research purposes and justification (vi) The data security protocol (including organisational and technological measures); (vii) Brief overview of the data protection legal requirements, including the contacts of the partners’ designated Data Protection Officers (DPO) or in case there is no designated DPO, the organisation’s data protection policy. The DMP is an output of Task 1.3.This is the second version of the DMP and will be delivered in M20.
