Deliverables
A catalogue of ideas and low-cost solutions to reduce indoor temperatures in dwellings, including recommendations on their installation. This set of solutions will derive from the interventions carried out during the first summer.
Combined evaluation of impacts report (first summer)It will present the results achieved in terms of energy savings reduction of GHG emissions the socioeconomic impact and effective benefits produced for the involved stakeholders until the first half of the projects duration
Guide to keep cool in summer, understand your energy bill and save money and activities for ‘coolkids'Documentation in leaflet format that will bring together a battery of recommendations and advises on usage patterns for keeping the home at the right temperature during the summer months, as well as indications for understanding and reviewing the contents of energy bills. This document will nurture from the workshops carried out during the first summer.
Heat wave warning alarm protocol and recommendationsReport that will include a protocol to communicate with the households during heat wave episodes as well as tailored recommendations for each targeted group. A draft of this protocol will be internally distributed before the first summer and refined with the experience to have a better protocol for the second year.
Final report on activities developed with households to reduce summer energy povertyPublic report that will gather all the activities carried out with the households during the project duration.
Training materialsTraining resources related to energy efficiency and social work / Technical documentation construction materials and efficiency solutions installation.
Repository of different levels of solutionsPublic repository of possible solutions will be defined considering general aspects but also territorial specificities, cultural aspects and the analysis. The repository will incorporate solutions to improve comfort in summer, taking into account factors such as: feasibility of investment, technical aspects, architectonic specifications, user patterns, socio-economic conditions, health issues, etc.
Final report on dissemination and communication activitiesA summary of communication and dissemination activities carried out by project partners during the whole project duration.
Combined evaluation of impacts report (final)It will present the final results of the assessment of the project in terms of energy savings, reduction of GHG emissions, the socio-economic impact and effective benefits produced for the involved stakeholders. The report will also include sustainability strategies for the maintenance and future deployment of the project. (M36)
Sustainability PlanA written document which will contain concrete actions which will be undertaken by project partners in order to sustain some project activities beyond the project end.
Methodological action framework: energy poverty definition, understanding and policy framework and summer energy poverty specificitiesPublic report that will gather existing methodologies, solutions and approaches to tackle summer energy poverty conditions and specifically in relation to the European context.
Templates for a leaflet, a roll-up banner and a poster will be developed in the 4 languages of the project in addition to English.
Graphical Identity and Project websiteA document including the COOLtoRISE logo and details on the common graphical identity developed at the beginning of the project and to stand as a recognizable trademark for all COOLtoRISE activities; a project website will be developed and maintained for at least 3 years beyond the project end.
