Visual identity, promotional pack, and website

The visual identity and promotional pack will provide guidance on use of the projects colours logos funding acknowledgement and placement of EU emblem in project outputs and will provide boilerplate text for communicating the project and its aims for a variety of target groupsThe website deliverable document will demonstrate the first version of the ALIGNER website and will justify the relevant design decisions as well as detailing future plans for the websites further development as project results become available

Cybersecurity requirement structure for AI solutions

This deliverable will report on the structure for cybersecurity requirements, compiling the results from T3.3, T3.4, and T4.3.

D2.3 - Update 1

This deliverable is an updated version of D2.3

Communication strategy and roadmap structure

The communication and dissemination strategy will establish the approach and methods of communicating with the projects target groups and disseminating results This document will establish the projects key messages identify target audiences and define tactics and products to be employed In addition this document will provide the initial outline and publication timeline for the research roadmap

This deliverable will report on the method for risk assessment of AI technologies as well as the results from conducting the assessment.

This document will describe the review process employed for conducting the review under T41 and the resulting state of the art review

This deliverable will report on the methods and guideline for ethical and law assessment

D5.3 - Update 4

The fourth and final update of the research roadmap

Research roadmap for AI in support of law enforcement and policing

This document initially published in M12 and subsequently updated every six months will compile all intermediate results and information gathered from WPs 2 3 and 4 It will be targeted at LEAs policymakers funding agencies and researchers and provide them with gaps challenges and opportunities related to artificial intelligence solutions for LEAs

Report on LEA, Public, Industrial, Scientific, and Ethical Stakeholder involvement

Using the output from Tasks 2.1 and 2.2, This report will compile the Terms of Reference (ToR), agreed upon at the project kick-off meeting (milestone MS 1 in M03) as well as written reports about the work conducted by the advisory boards, substantive advice based white paper(s) included in the Project Periodic Reports and presented at the Final Conference.

Policy recommendations

D23 will provide policy recommendations including direction trends guidance and operational information relating to gaps within the AI arena whilst providing an overview of the possible impacts benefits advantages and disadvantages from a societal and ethical perspective so that these can be reflected in the roadmap The first deliverable will be issued in M12 and updated once a year in line with subsequent issues of the roadmap

D2.3 - Update 2

This deliverable is a second (and final) update to D2.3.

Archetypical scenarios and their structure

This deliverable will report on a systematic scenario description method to be employed to identify and analyse scenarios relating to needs consequences and recommendations from a practitioners point of view AI scenarios will have multifaceted angles that need to be approached via the perspectives of LEAs Societal Ethical Scientific and Industrial interested parties
