The guidelines required to develop a service in the platform from the design development of the data pipelines test and validation deployment and version control This document will follow a how to step by step approach with real use cases examples

This document is written to give assistance to the users when using the NextOcean Web Portal platform. The document will follow a “how to, by example, step by step” approach, being very practical in the explanations, to help addressing real use cases.

The Service Gap Analysis will be a living document detailing the current gaps existing between the technological solution and the user requirements, and a plan to bring them closer.

Ethics and Gender Equality Requirements Report

The report on the implementation of the ethics and gender equality requirements including progress on gender equality achieved by the project the procedures for treatment of private data that will be implemented for data collection storage protection retention and destruction and confirmation that they comply with national and EU legislation GDPR General Data Protection Regulation EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016679 and applicable national law The Ethics and gender equality requirement report will also include templates of the informed consent forms and information sheets

Project Website and Social Networks Presence

The website where all digital and printed communications materials shall be compliant with the relevant EC H2020 guidelines and will be made available here The NextOcean website will be a centralised repository containing the basic project information such as project scope description goals and expected achievements and will also be a centralised continuously updated repository of information on the projects activities and public material such as the support to the online training eventsRegarding other social network and to avoid dispersion and keep the focus the project will favor a LinkedIn account as a professional network

NextOcean v1 Release

An intermediate iteration of the NextOcean Web services incorporating feedback from the Users

NextOcean Alfa Release - Minimum Viable Product

The MVP of the project, used to test the market, and promote the project to external users. This MVP will consist on a products datasets presented using an open-source GIS software, and will allow the final users to visualise, and therefore, to better understand, the final outcomes of the project.

NextOcean Beta Release

The beta version of the NextOcean Web services already working for the Alpha Users first adopters with a visualiser service ordering and delivery In this version of the platform the services will not be fully integrated with the Web Portal since the output data products will still require some manual validation being the integration performed through an initial version of the service desk

NextOcean v2 Release

An intermediate iteration of the NextOcean Web services, incorporating feedback from the Alpha and Beta Users and sales activities.
