Copernicus evolution – Research activities in support of a European operational monitoring support capacity for fossil CO2 emissions

 

This grant will be awarded without call for proposals in line with Article 190(1)(e) of the Rules of applications of Regulation (EU, Euratom) 966/2012, Regulation No 1268/2012 and Article 11(2) of the Rules for participation and dissemination in ""Horizon 2020 - the Framework Programme for Research and Innovation (2014-2020)"", Regulation (EU) No 1290/2013.

This action is intended as a continuation of the CO2 Human Emissions (CHE) project, led by the European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts (ECMWF)[[The CHE Coordination and Support Action is implemented under the Horizon 2020 grant agreement No 776186 with the objective to lay the foundation for the operational integration of all relevant European capacities and address some fundamental R&D issues.
