PrimeFish is organising a workshop on competitiveness in the seafood sector on the 6th of October
Primefish Workshop
The draft programme foresees the presentation and collective work on the PrimeDSS, software that will support to seafood players on their decision-making process. Specifically, the session will focus on 3 of the 6 modules that build up the application:
Product success check: to analyse the launching process of news products and key success factors for seafood products.
Competitive position analyser: to identify and measure the key variables that affect seafood products in relation to the competitiveness environment where they are working.
Value chain analyser: to look at the global value chain of seafood products and the opportunities and weakness that you may face.
Participants
Seafood companies staff, aquaculture producers, processing companies, market analysts, policy-makers, university students and other stakeholders interested on the creation of products and strategies to enhance the productivity of the seafood value chain and on the competitiveness in the national, European and international market.

Presentation in Conxemar
On the 5th of October Primefish will also organise a brief presentation in the frozen fair seafood Conxemar with the participation of PrimeFish coordinator, expert on food products development and innovation Gudmundur Stefánsson, who will present main lines of work of the project and main advantages of the maket-based tool PrimeDSS.
The stand of the Regional Government Xunta de Galicia (#E13) will host the presentation from 11.00 to 11.30 a.m. Interested participants can register in irg@primefish.eu.
