The EU-funded HBP SGA3 project will be organising a workshop on 17-19 November 2020.
17 November 2020 - 19 November 2020
Rapid technological, methodological and theoretical advances taking place in neuroscience present a challenge for scientific reproducibility. Working with data from electrophysiological experiments has become so complex that the acquisition of data and metadata and their pre-processing and analysis must be carefully planned and well structured, and their execution must be carefully tracked.
During this workshop, participants will receive training in utilisation of community-driven tools developed in the context of the Human Brain Project and the EBRAINS services. The virtual event will offer attendees support for integrating such tools in their own data analysis workflows.
