Co-VAL Conference: Value Co-creation, Innovation and Digital Transformation in Public Services

Co-VAL will join forces with the European Association for Research on Services (RESER), at the 30th RESER International Congress, to organise this project conference. The congress and the conference are organised around 10 tracks covering a broad range of topics related to value co-creation, innovation and digital transformation in public services.
To be hosted at the University of Alcalá, just north-east of Madrid, the conference builds on the work of Co-VAL in relation to value co-creation and innovation in European public administrations. Its overarching aim is to better understand the latest trends in public service research in the context of an authentic transformation of public administration in Europe and worldwide.
