The Q-SORT Project to broadcast five new webinars
These are part of a series of interdisciplinary webinars organised by the Q-SORT project and aimed at promoting dialogue between the physics and biology/biochemistry communities and promoting open science.
This year, our webinars will feature the following great speakers:
Nahid Talebi, Max Planck Institute for Solid State Research (Germany)
Javier García de Abajo, ICFO-Institut de Ciencies Fotoniques (Spain)
Avraham Gover, Tel Aviv University (Israel)
Pieter Kruit, Delft University of Technology (the Netherlands)
Najla Rettberg, University of Gottingen (Germany)
Tim Smith, CERN (Switzerland)
The Q-SORT Webinars will provide a unique opportunity for mutual learning mentored by senior scientists, in order to exchange ideas for furthering joint research and establishing a common language.
The upcoming webinars illustrate some key developments in the cutting-edge field of electron microscopy – with potential great benefits for the study of biological systems as well as the challenges and benefits of open science.
