TRANSFORMERS Final Conference

The EU-funded TRANSFORMERS (Configurable and Adaptable Trucks and Trailers for Optimal Transport Efficiency) project is drawing to a close and the team, appropriately, will be holding their final conference at the VOLVO Trucks Experience Centre. The event will provide an opportunity for the project to set out its goals and achievements, and to explain the innovations made in the domain of Hybrid On Demand and Load Optimised trailer innovations and developments.
The project will also present results from simulations, track and public road testing and the evaluation it has made of the business cases that support the commercialisation of the innovations arising from TRANSFORMERS’ work. They will also be presenting their thoughts on future concepts in road freight transport.
