Second SEA-ON-A-CHIP Progress meeting

The EU-funded SEA-ON-A-CHIP project will be holding its second progress meeting in Ferrara, Italy, on 13 April 2016.

The main aim of the workshop, entitled ‘Monitoring for a Sustainable Management of Marine Resources’ is to promote constructive multidisciplinary interactions amongst scientists and main stakeholders (including other projects selected for funding under the topic OCEAN 2013.1).

This event will be focus on analytical methods for the determination of seawater pollutants, biosensors for environmental applications, aquaculture and water quality management.

The day programme will start at 9:30 and will be structured into four sessions:

- Marine biosensors
- Microelectronics in biosensing applications
- Seawater pollution I
- Seawater pollution II
