Conference offers visit to the SUNLIQUID demonstration plant

The conference brings together key lignofuel stakeholders to discuss technological challenges in lignofuel production, policies and regulatory processes, as well as the optimisation of pre-treatment processes. Financing projects in the lignofuels sector, product diversification and a review of case studies are also on the agenda.
In addition, the conference promises a unique opportunity for delegates to visit the SUNLIQUID plant in nearby Straubing on 19 January. The project’s main goal is to develop a large-scale demonstration plant for the production of cellulosic ethanol.
