The ICE-ARC General Assembly will take place from 20 to 22 October in Bologna, Italy.

The ICE-ARC project aims to understand and quantify the multiple stresses involved in the change in the Arctic marine environment. Particular focus is on the rapid retreat and collapse of the Arctic sea ice cover and assessing the climatic, economic and social impacts of these stresses on regional and global scales. This year’s general assembly will be hosted by ICE-ARC partner CNR, the National Research Council in Italy.
Abstracts can be submitted online after registration and before the deadline of the 30 September 2015. The event will begin with an opening session before separating into work package discussion sessions, followed by presentations on the second day.
