X-Europe free toolkits to help startups grow across borders

X-Europe (www.xeurope.eu/) is an acceleration programme that aims to build bridges between regions and tech companies across Europe. With a specific focus on the Baltics, the Visegrad region, and Western Europe, the programme connects deeptech startups in HealthTech, MedTech, BioTech, AgriTech, AI & ML, Smart Cities & Sustainability, Spacetech and Fintech sectors, with corporations, investors and ecosystem builders.

To help startups and the enlarged X-Europe community to grow, know their environments, and develop their technologic solutions, the project has prepared different startup ecosystem toolkits, providing relevant information for innovators. The articles will address the different regions, and analyse distinct topics, such as society; economy; the startup ecosystem, sharing the most relevant accelerators and venture capital highlights; and ecosystem players insights, where players share the strengths and challenges. The programme has already published the ecosystem toolkits for the Baltics and Visegrad, and openly shares it with the European startup communities: X-Europe Startup Ecosystem Toolkit | The Baltics - bit.ly/3aLeZZ2 X-Europe Startup Ecosystem Toolkit | Visegrad - bit.ly/3bxA0Xr X-Europe Startup Ecosystem Toolkit | Benelux - bit.ly/3uQp8Nx In both regions the programme is tackling several of the challenges that the ecosystems present. For example, X-Europe is providing investor and corporate matchmaking talent that has the potential to help startups with attracting talent and know-how from abroad. Also, it is helping startups to improve their sales and marketing strategies, boosting the startups’ ability for growth and obtaining a more globally-target mindset. In addition, the X-Europe programme’s startups gain access to some of the top startup tech conferences in Europe, which have always been target events of the leading VC funds in Europe, such as The Next Web and TechChill, therefore, creating even more opportunities for startups to forge new connections with potential investors. Currently, X-Europe is accepting applications for the 4th Open Call - Smart Cities & Sustainability, startups and other stakeholders can apply until 31 March, 17:00 CET (http://bit.ly/apply-startups-cohort4). The next open call will be focused on the SpaceTech sector and starts on 31 May, and the last one FinTech, starts on 12 July.
