Expected impact and validation plans

This deliverable will analyse the business potential of Morpheos results, value proposition and growth potential for involved stakeholders. The distinctive features of the Morpheos system are identified to guide the improvement of the existing prototypical solutions to the creation of a ready-to-market integrated system. The impact of these features on the business are calculated by quantitative and qualitative KPIs related on the adoption of the Morpheos solution.

Business case presentation & full set of requirements, version 1

D1.1 will provide the description of AS-IS processes for the on-line good and size selection by identifying the present barriers and technological gaps in clothing and interior design sectors and the potential improvements deriving from the adoption of Morpheos (TO-BE scenarios definition). The final results will be the identification of business requirements of general validity, that will guide the design of the technical solutions. This first version will include the preliminary results at month 3, while the second version (Deliverable D1.4) will complete the document with the work carried out until its due month 9

D1.4 Will be an updated version of deliverable D1.1 with the additional work carried out since D1.1 submission.

Business case – final revision

D1.3 will provide a set of functional and non-functional requirements identified and prioritised by the end users, with the support of the technical partners, to reach the expected impact described by D1.2. As a public document and in order to make it more comprehensive, this document will include the To Be processes and the formal definition of final requirements described in D1.4.

Public show of the prototype on the Morpheos website

Public demonstration of the prototype on the Morpheos website, not of the codes, but to make it easily understandable for the future clients what can it do, which could support support the future commercial exploitation. Together with the action, a descriptive short report will be submitted as deliverable.
