Update of the Dissemination and Communication Plan

The SKIN Dissemination and Communication Plan is a document defining the SKIN strategy for dissemination and communication activities at local and transnational level. The D&C plan will also include the SKIN logo and the visual identity brandbook to be used for the website and all collaterals.

Risk Register and Ethical Compliance Assurance documentation

The document will provide indications on the procedures to be followed in order to avoid and/or mitigate potential risks

Regional Nodes

Report on the establishment of the regional nodes and their internal membership, organisation, calendar of activities

Delivery of a total of 100 practice abstracts

Delivery the total 100 practice abstracts in the EIP format.

Guidelines for learning and brokering activities

Practical guidance tool for project partners. The document will provide indications on the procedures and modalities to be followed in order to seek the involvement of stakeholders and the expected results

Practical guidance tool for project partners, to acquire information and data according to a shared protocol and common procedures

Expandable repository of good practices (version 1)

The 1st version of good practices database will be delivered at M10, and then updated at M24. It will consist of all data and information related to practises collected by the project partners (M10, M24) and external entities.

30-36 short video interviews

Statements of experts of a duration of 30-40 seconds, ready for upload on the project website.

Project flyer and print collaterals

A first version of project flyer, poster and other collaterals is produced in English, and available for translation into national languages by the consortium members, in M6. Collaterals are updated yearly or whenever necessary following project evolution.

Expandable repository of good practices (version 2)

The 1st version of good practices database will be delivered at M10, and then updated at M24. It will consist of all data and information related to practises collected by the project partners (M10, M24) and external entities (M24)

Exploitation plan and network constitution roadmap

A roadmap is delivered to organise the establishment, business plan and development of a network to continue activities for the benefit and promotion of short supply chains in Europe.

SFSCs trends, patterns, problems and bottlenecks

This document draws an overall picture of short supply chains criticalities, bottlenecks and potential, based on the experience of stakeholders and identifies key aspects to be innovated.

Foresight scenarios on unlocking the bottlenecks (M18) as an input to community animation

A set of future scenarios and their relevance at a European level, drawn from analysis of the best practices.

Project website online

The SKIN website is published. Appropriate links to consortium members websites and to complementary initiatives are established. An editorial plan for update and metrics for its monitoring are elaborated.
