Final design of highly reflective rear contact layer including the passivation functionality

Highly reflective rear contact layer in accordance with all the project objectives and including the passivation functionality. Solar cell with a highly reflective rear contact layer, resulting in the same JSC values for ultra-thin CIGS devices on steel substrates as for the reference thick CIGS devices on glass substrates. Report on Jsc values from experiment with and without the reflective layer and with thin and thick CIGS layers. (related to task 2.1 and 2.2)
