MARine COastal BiOdiversity Long-term Observations

CORDIS oferuje możliwość skorzystania z odnośników do publicznie dostępnych publikacji i rezultatów projektów realizowanych w ramach programów ramowych HORYZONT.

Ethics report on environmental issues

This deliverable is related to Task 7.1.3. While D7.2 will focus on data issues and ethical issues related to data, this deliverable cover only the concerns on unmanned and remotely operated vehicles, protected areas, and obtaining permissions/approvals.

Project Management Guide

This deliverable (linked to Subtask 7.1.2) will outline the operating procedures for the administrative components of the project (such as reporting, deliverables formats, financial management, time sheets) to serve as a reference document to guide the partnerson day-to-day responsibilities and how to report their activities in the project. The guide will be based on the terms and conditions agreed under the Grant and Consortium Agreements to help all partners comply with the agreements.

Portfolio of Tools and Activities to promote MBO

This deliverable (linked to T7.2 & 7.3) will develop a range of tools and activities to promote MBO and its results amongst stakeholders and society at national and international levels. The portfolio will include the project logo, communication templates (e.g., ppt and poster), factsheet, website, Twitter account, videos, infographics and other appropriate resources. The deliverable will also conceptualise and develop high quality communication assets (videos, animations, articles and stories) to communicate key messages through a communication campaign across traditional (e.g. news feeds, TV, press) and social media channels (e.g. twitter), using public engagement methodology and tools of the funded CSA PREP4BLUE (HEU). Project stakeholders and target end users (science, industry, policy and society), format will vary depending on the tools, resources and activities.

Plan for Dissemination, Exploitation and Communication Activities (PDEC)

Update at M18, M36, M48. This deliverable (linked to T7.2) will support the strategic and effective Dissemination, Exploitation, and Communication (DEC) activities of MBO’s results and findings to all stakeholders including the media and public, while managing IP protection. The detailed PDEC will: a) Identify and profile the target audience for the different project results; b) Define clear objectives and stakeholders’ interests, and tailor the most effective channels, tools and campaign schedules as a means to achieve them; c) Outline the project knowledge management and transfer principles and protocols to ensure effective transfer and exploitation of key exploitable results (KERs); d) Outline the IP protection strategy and intellectual property rights (IPR) management, in coherence with the Grant Agreement, Consortium Agreement and project DMP; and e) Maximise post-project uptake by supporting consortia members to transfer results, defining impact pathways and validating transfer strategies that clearly outline the potential users and applications of the project’s KERs to ensure objective, measurable project outcomes and impacts.D7.4 will be a public document but the consortium will be the main target audience and so it will be a searchable PDF manual.

Scientific document summarizing the input data layers for the models, i.e. data products (genetic data, environmental data, alien species checklists)

This deliverable (linked to task 5.4) will report on the approach and input data layers for the spatial mapping of Non-Indigenous Invasive species based on observatories networks and supplemented with ecological information from biodiversity data systems.

Preliminary report on advanced sensor data processing, geolocation and export format

This Deliverable relates to Task 4.1, but is not dependent on other WPs. GPS and automated processing algorithms will be incorporated into genomics, plankton, fish and benthos and bioacoustics biodiversity sensors. The outputs will be applied in the demonstration in T4.4, and results applied to Blue Carbon models in T5.3 and assessment in WP3.

Project Data Management Plan

This deliverable (linked to task 7.1.3) will create a suitable data management plan (DMP) to cover the management, coordination, communication, and stakeholder engagement activities of the project (WPs 6 & 7) ensuring all data is handled lawfully according to the GDPR (D7.2). An evolving data management plan for the scientific data and data products generated in the project will be created in WP1 and made openly available.
