EU Public Infrastructure for the European Digital Twin Ocean

This grant will be awarded without a call for proposals according to Article 195(f) of the Financial Regulation and Article 20 of the Horizon Europe Framework Programme and Rules for Participation. The objective is to integrate existing EU ocean observing and monitoring programmes, such as Copernicus Marine Service (CMEMS)[[https://marine.copernicus.eu/]] and EMODnet[[https://emodnet.ec.europa.eu/]], into a single digital framework, with a view to providing public access and use to the widest possible range of ocean observation datasets, data products and services and prepare a co-workin
