Overview of UGC Copyright Management industry practices

This deliverable summarises the work done in Task 3.1 and presents an overview of the common practices in the media industry related with the use and licensing of User Generated Content.

Technology Roadmap

This deliverable reports on the system architecture defined in T5.1, including data exchange definitions, requirements, distributed computing strategy, validation measures, and API specifications to enable communication with third-party applications involved in the use cases.

Quality and knowledge management plan

This deliverable will document the quality and knowledge management plan of the project, and will introduce the procedures and materials (e.g., deliverable quality assessment checklist) that are necessary for realizing this plan throughout the project’s life.

Data management plan

This deliverable will document the data management plan of the project, in accordance with H2020 data management requirements.

Activities and outcome of the Pilots, second report

This will extend the pilot testing results of D.7.1 by covering the pilot testing carried our as part of development cycles 4 to 6 (which run from M19 to M27).

Activities and outcome of the Pilots, first report

Using a variety of methods (ranging from questionnaires to group sessions – details above in task descriptions), this deliverable will report insights gained and user feedback on performance, usability, fit-for-purpose and functionalities of InVID components and the complete InVID applications/systems. This includes the outlining of positive features as well as shortcomings. D7.1 will cover the pilot preparation (from the beginning of WP7 in M7) and the pilot testing carried our as part of development cycles 1 to 3 (which run from M10 to M18; see Gantt chart for the exact timing of each development cycle).

InVID initial industrial requirements

This deliverable describes the industrial requirements for the InVID applications, as identified at the beginning of the project. These are to be continuously updated, and updated versions of them will be reported in D6.2, D6.3 and D6.4.

Activities and outcome of the Pilots, final report

This is the final report on the pilot testing results, covering the pilot testing carried our as part of the last three development cycles of the project (cycles 7 to 9, which run from M28 to M36), and summarizing the results of pilot testing throughout the project’s lifetime.

Updated Data, quality and knowledge management plan

This deliverable will document the updated data, quality and knowledge management plans, based on experience gained during the first 21 months of the project.

Project website and promotional material

This deliverable comprises the design and setup of the project website, and the creation of the project’s promotional materials (Project Presentation, Communication Kit), which will be made publicly available via the website and will also be used as part of other dissemination activities.
